The Retrograde episode! In this beautiful gathering we integrate from Mercury’s Retrograde in Taurus, we explore our inner authority as Pluto Rx squares the Lunar Nodes, and we get hot under the collar with Mars and Venus in Leo.

The Yoga Nidra is a longer, deeper practice that works with our fluid light body and the Water and Storm elements. It is lush! (even if we say so ourselves)
